In an effort to bring the various West Bengal Government schemes to the doorsteps of the beneficiaries, the government has started organising camps in every district of the state. Since its formation, the WB Govt has conducted these WB Duare Sarkar Camps in three phases up to date. It will be organising the third phase of the camps for a total duration of one month from 16th August 2021 to 15th September 2021.
These camps win help in educating and enrolling beneficiaries for almost eighteen West Bengal Government Schemes which include Sikshashree, Caste Certificate Issuance, Khadya Sathi, Kanyashree etc. A total of 17,107 camps are scheduled to be organised in different districts of the state during this third phase and about 1.6 crore citizens are expected to receive benefits of the various schemes. In the last year, about 32,830 west bengal duare sarkar camp list were organised which received a footfall of more than 2.75 crore citizens of which 1.77 crore citizens were enrolled for different schemes.
